Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern your general use of the Site and set out the contractual basis on which we accept membership you purchase the Site. These terms and conditions shall apply regardless of whether or not you register with the Site. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this Site.

Contracting Parties

When you purchase membership to the Site you will be contracting with Live Learn Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 8715182 and having its registered office at Woodridge, Park Road, Cross Hills, West Yorkshire, BD20 8BG. Live Learn Ltd is referred to in these terms and conditions as “we”, “us” or “our”.

Minors

The service we offer on this Site is only available to persons aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, you must get your parent or guardian to contract with us on your behalf. All minors should discuss these Terms and Conditions with their parent or guardian before attempting to purchase membership to the Site.

Provision of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself when registering with and purchasing membership to the Site. Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Pricing

Membership to the Site is priced according to your country of residence, and may vary from time to time. Please check our pricing pages for information on current prices. Membership renews at the agreed amount and period. Prices are inclusive of VAT.

Payment

We use Stripe as our online payment processor. You may pay for your membership using an approved credit or debit card - we currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. This allows us to process your payment without needing to transfer or store your card information, which allows for greater security.

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and has in turn been certified as a PCI Level 1 ServiceProvider, the most stringent level of certification available. You can confirm their certification in Visa'sregistry of service providers. Stripe is also a participant in the PCI Security Standards Council.

PayPal is available when making payments, and uses their service to process your payment details. We only store enough information to be able to communicate with PayPal about your agreement with us.

Payment will be processed immediately and delivery of your Membership access shall constitute acceptance by us of your payment. Your payment details will be stored securely by Stripe and will be used to charge a recurring subscription payment for Membership (according to the renewal period of your membership). Should your payment details change, you will need to update these via Stripe, otherwise we will not be able to take payment and your Membership will be deactivated until payment has been made.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription to Musicisum at any time by visiting your account page.

If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to the site until the end of the membership period defined by your most recent payment.

Cancellation will take effect from the next payment period and you will not be entitled to a refund for any membership fee already paid.

Availability of Content

We reserve the right to add, withdraw or change any available videos, lessons and supplementary content without notice.

Disclaimer

The contents of the Site and the products are provided without any representations or warranties of any kind,either implied or express, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. In addition, we do not representor warrant that the Site or its contents will be free of defects, including without limitation viruses or otherharmful elements. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude our liability fordeath or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Except as set out in these terms and conditions we do not accept any liability for any indirect orconsequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of your use of this Site or inrelation to the goods and/or services that we provide. We will only be liable for losses that we have notexpressly excluded in these terms and conditions up to the value of your order. Please note that we do notaccept liability for products that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit, provided that we correctly despatchsuch products to the address that you provide when you place an order.
